By using the Host Regenerator module in WHMCS, your client can completely reset the ability to send a ticket to the support of your host. Actually, like this, the previous host is deleted and a new host with the same specifications is created for the client.
Host Regenerator module is used when your user wants to return all the data and settings of his host to the default state. There is no need for the support department to issue a ticket and, in addition to wasting support time and energy, have to wait for some time for this action.

To reset the host, it is enough to select the client and press the reset host button and enter the confirmation code sent to your email (if this feature is enabled in the admin section).
