By using the Service Renewal module in WHMCS, it is possible for your client to change his service period whenever he wants. This procedure is completely automatic and the Service Renewal module creates an invoice with a calculated price automatically based on what the client has determined, and the service period is updated after the invoice is paid by the client. By using this module, there is no longer a need for the manual and time-consuming process of the request by the customer through a ticket → checking and estimating the price by the admin → creating an invoice for the customer → paying invoice → changing the service period by the admin. All this process will be done automatically using the Service Renewal module.
