Unfortunately, in WHMCS, the possibilities of managing invoices are very few, especially when it comes to canceling them. By using the Invoice Cancellation Manager module, many new possibilities are added to this section, which we will describe below.

In the system status section, if you select “disabled”, no invoices will be automatically canceled and will only be visible. With cancellation of add funds invoices option enabled, add funds increase invoices that have not been paid by the user will be canceled automatically after the specified number of days. You can also specify that unpaid invoices will be canceled after a few days.
