Description

In the default version of WHMCS, if a client wants to transfer his service to another user, he must send a ticket to the support department. But by using the Service Transfer module, you can add this feature to your system so that the user can easily transfer the service to another client. Without the need to issue a ticket or contact the support department.

The process is that the user selects his service from the relevant section and enters the recipient’s email. After registering the request, a confirmation code will be displayed, the user who wants to receive the service will enter the confirmation code in his user panel and that’s it. In this simple way, the service was transferred between users.

In the management section of the Service Transfer module, you can see the list of transfers along with details such as Source user, Destination user, Servic, Date, etc. You can also access the following features in the module management section.
